Portfolio highlights
As the UX writer for Wix's AI App Builder, I crafted clear and engaging prompts to enhance the user experience and align with Wix's voice. A key challenge was designing the assistant's questions to gather enough information for creating personalized apps while avoiding overwhelming users with too many steps. By striking this balance, I ensured the process remained efficient and enjoyable, making the app creation journey seamless and user-friendly.
As the UX writer for Wix's Quizzes and Surveys tool, I crafted clear messaging to guide users through the creation process. Through extensive research into user needs and preferences, I informed the writing style and content strategy. Collaborating with design and development teams, I ensured the language and tone were user-centric and aligned with the brand's voice.
As the UX writer for Wix Certificates, I crafted clear messaging to guide users in creating and distributing professional certificates. I streamlined the process with step-by-step guidance and highlighted customizable options. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I ensured the language was consistent and aligned with user expectations. Through iterative testing and feedback, I refined the copy to enhance clarity and usability, empowering users to recognize achievements seamlessly.
Website and mobile app design
TERRA is a platform that personalizes the search for outdoor and camping gear using generative AI, making the tedious process of filtering and searching obsolete. As the UX designer and writer, I focused on creating an intuitive, streamlined experience that helps users find the right gear quickly—making outdoor adventures more accessible and enjoyable.
Wix Premium
As the UX Writer for the Wix Mobile Apps team, I led a company-wide initiative to ensure our upgrade messaging complied with Apple's regulations. Collaborating with the legal department, we developed content formulas to maintain compliance. I documented these guidelines and shared them with all UX writers. Additionally, I worked with my team to design a new premium screen, directing upgrade messaging there instead of to a package picker.
